COACH EASY ACADEMY
Our academy provides one-on-one private lessons and assessments to youth athletes. Our current sport codes are Cricket, Hockey, Rugby, and Netball.
Our Qualified Sports Coaches will work to improve your overall sport skills as well as specific playing position skills. Whether it is to build your rugby confidence in contact or your netball goal shooting accuracy or hockey confidence in facing a penalty – we have you covered. Each session is tailored to each athlete’s needs.
Assessments are a requirement for private coaching, as it shows progress, development and it aids in goal setting for each athlete. This will illustrate each athletes’ areas of improvement as well as uphold Coach Easy to a measurable standard of coaching.

SPORTS 101
(For Cricket, Field Hockey, Netball, Rugby)
- One–on–one (60-minute session) – R300 per session
- Buddy Package (2 or more per group for 60 minutes) – if you bring a friend or sibling, you both will receive a discount.
Running Coaching
(Cross Country, Road/Trail Running, Long distance athletics).
- One-on-one sessions are R300 per 60 minute session.
- For Competition training – Online sessions can be arranged – R890 per month. You will get a weekly program and insights by Yolande Maclean thatfocus on your individual running goals.
Sports Conditioning
Sports Conditioning will be sport specific.
- One-on-One sessions are R300 per 60 min session.
SERVICES TO MIDSTREAM RIDGE PRIMARY SCHOOL LEARNERS:
Sport Specific PE
*Group sessions will take place in learner’s designated PE period once week a week.
